Well done! I see you like using the Mission Models paint. I have to agree, as they work very well in my opinion. 👍👍👍👍
A lot of small work the past few days
Seats: Tamiya Khaki Drab XF-51 (AB) and Vallejo Khaki Brown 71.024 (DB)
Padding: Tamiya Khaki Drab XF-51 (AB) and Vallejo Khaki Brown 71.024 (DB)
All Straps: Vallejo Khaki Brown 71.024 (BP)
Steering Wheel: AK Satin Black AK719
Dashboard: Com-Art Opaque White 1002
Exhaust: Vallejo Environment rust texture 73.821 and Mig Track Wash A.MIG-1002
Used Alclad II Gloss Klear Kote ALC 310 for the this vehicle to see how it does and I wanted a little more control on the spray. Next is all the decals ....
Very nice. Great rust textures there! Did decals come for the dashboard dials or did you have to paint or use aftermarket (Archer, more than likely)?
@harold-adams
Dash decals came with this kit and then after they were set & dry I sealed them in with Testors Clear Parts Cement & Window Maker, this is for the look of a glass lens
I have the Testors cement for clear parts. Sounds like a great idea. I'll use that in future builds that show an interior.
@harold-adams
It's hard to see in the camera but they are there. lol
Yep I can just make it out. Looks great. And a good idea. As long as the builder knows its there. 😏🤔
Still working on the decals to fit over all the bumps, I went into the office yesterday so no work was done so back at it this morning.
Day 1 right after the decals were placed
Day I forget, working on the decals
