Today I've finished the build as far as building, next is the touch up painting and clean up before the gloss coat. After the gloss coat degases then the decals will go on.
Then the dull coat... then the
fun starts with weathering and details
I did set it in front on my monitor and this jagdtiger makes it look small, also the shell of the panther next to the jagd and some pictures before the cables.
For the cable brackets I'm going with red primer and after a few more little things it will be time for the gloss coat. hmmm I think I'd better check my stock first lol
Well the gloss coat went down nicely with only one mishap and it was the travel gun lock.
The pin that holes the latch in place snapped in 2, it's fixed now and the decals are on.
Soon it will be time for dull coat then weathering. For fun I put 1/35 scale figure on the tank.
Wow! This is one helluva modelling endeavor to take on. Looking at those photos of the progress you've made is quite amazing! Beautiful painting and detailing! Well done! Can't wait to see the finished vehicle!!👍👍👍
It was completed and placed in the gallery

Woohoo!!😀
That is sweet! Nice build! Very impressive. And 1/16th!!
I followed this build, and painting. Lots of intricate details. How was the overall fit of the kit?
@harold-adams
Overall it was a fun build but there were some fitting issues that were a pain in the ass at times, but nothing making it a show stopper. Some of the pipes were almost impossible to install then to find out none of it was to be seen. Oh well I know it's done just like the engine (only the top can be seen).
So that's why I'm glad it all can be seen on here.
