Before I start on the Sherman EZ8 this birthday gift will be next. My daughter got this for me and it will going with the old one already completed.
I started on this while weathering the 1/16 scale Jagdtiger (taking my time on it so need something to build).

Step 2 completed in this picture

Moving right along with this small kit, soon will be time for prime. Still looking for the stowage I had gotten awhile back for the Greyhound.

I think I'm going with the look of the box art with front hatches closed

Inside is completed (just chipping needed) and the upper and lower hulls are glued and the front fenders installed (no rear fenders for this build)

Next step will be clean off the dust and primer the rest of the turret and fenders and then body color OD and faded OD from Mission Models, might even try their worn tire paint as well. Also the exhaust to be weathered and installed after the OD is done.

Wheels painted in Mission Models WORN BLACK GREY TIRES / CAMO MMP-105
Body color Mission Models US ARMY OLIVE DRAB FS 33070 MMP-026 and US ARMY OLIVE DRAB FS 34088 MMP-025 to give a slight faded look.
Working on the tools and other items that can go on next before gloss coat, then decals.

The turret is all together now and finished the tools, I'm going for a well used gun look as well and the exhaust is completed and ready to be installed.

I started painting the stowage which is from Value Gear I might add in some more stowage as well. It still needs the straps and ropes painted and weathering.

Gloss coat down, decals on (working on softening them down) working on the stowage that will be on the deck. Then the stowage on the turret will be next.

@harold-adams Thank you... kind of stopped working on it while I build the other vehicles so they all can be dull coated at the same time.

I find myself starting a kit and stopping, especially when I'm missing a product thats needed. For the Tiger 🐅 1 I was building i decided to work on the Weld beads on the turret using some Tamiya Epoxy putty. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Vendor that sells it here in the USA or they were completely out. So I ordered some from BNA in Australia, as well as the Bronco Ram II. (Yeah, I know, I know, ya go to buy putty and end up buying a kit too!)😄🙂🤭

@harold-adams

That's what happened the other day while looking for paints at scalehobbyist.com ended up getting another Sherman and should be here by July 9th... That's if the USPS does not drop into in box again.
